In the past I have stuck to hobbying in North Jersey, but the few good parlors here seem to have skyrocketing prices and client bases. How often do you guys go into NYC for fun? The 17 dollar toll and parking can be annoying but Id bet there are some great non rushed GFE experiences to be had.

NYC as a substitute for NNJ

I may check this place out soon. I have heard about some great 2 pop 1 hr non rushed GFE experiences there. I just hope whatever relaxation I feel isnt unraveled by the holland tunnel traffic on the way home.

NYC seems to have everything in abundance so I would guess that there are plenty of options especially for independents.If price is your primary objective I would think between the Hudson river crosses, gas, parking, and wear and tear on your vehicle it wouldn't be worth it. Even on off peak hours it would consume more time. I can't imagine the fees are much less if any compared to nj. I'm near Montclair and there are a plethora of providers/ parlors anywhere between 5-45 minutes from here.
In my experience NYC scene is far superior I usually opt for the train ride over instead of driving it’s cheaper and more convenient and there are a few great spots within walking distance of Penn Station. If you need a recommendation on places to visit you can check my reviews or send a PM.
Within 10-20 minute walk / train from Penn station you can go to like every major agency. Closest being NYCSE. I like the variety of NYCSCE scene and you kinda have expectation on what to expect.
$12.75 off peak. Park weekends for free. Especially Sunday. Or park Harrison take path train $2.75+$2.75 subway =$11. Lastly park zone 2. Take bus $3 50 walk from port authority to places 3. 50×2=$7

i do a hybrid, sometimes go to gotham to see specific ladies, sometimes i visit the birth place of peter parker. hunting, i have bn all over the land of the horse, some times i venture to the land of the the american robin, i'll even go to the land of the ruffed grouse. for me, for my money and experience part of the fun is the hunt. not suggesting that there is anything wrong mongering five minutes from home. to each his own. good hunting. ymmv stay safe.

Good points, I once went to see a porn star who was touring and worked for an agency in NYC. The traffic and parking for a burden but I didnt mind or rememebr. I think my adrenaline was up just because i had a chance to see her in person. Although what I do remember was learning the awful truth that agencies that market themselves as lavish can be run out of a roach motel or decript department. Maybe on a quiet vacation day this summer I may do some poking around literally and figuratively.
This is an interesting thread. I actually do the opposite. Come from the City to Jersey. Mostly for business but also sometimes just for the fun. I like the change of pace. NJ is scary though because people/LE actually give a shit. In the City, everybody knows but nobody cares.
Sounds like Op is dreaming of somethinkg like El Dorado in NYC but I'd recommend you first check the reality of the city. What about just reading 2 pages of review. Inflation is sweeping the area. And when you talk about toll fee GWB, my brain farted. (No offense)
Too much of a pain in the ass to monger in Manhattan.I don't have the patience for the hassles that come along with driving there.
I just asked a similar question in the NYC group because I'll be going into NYC for a new job soon, and will be there 2-3 days/week. Most of the places I used to go to in the city to monger are gone, but have been replaced with more upscale, younger, more expensive providers. I don't entirely mind the increase in expense if the providers are younger/prettier, because to be honest, NNJ isn't great when it comes to that. We're all mongering with the same middle-aged/older ladies.

only upside in NYC is the quality, but you do pay big for it... at least 30 - 40% more for the same service. Once in a while it's worth it to switch up.

I haven’t seen what you’re saying to be true. There’s so much competition in NYC and very little hassle to get to it like any other business when the supply is high the price is lower. I see the discussion forums in NJ always asking who does this or that or where can I blah blah blah. These are both indicators that you are not correct.
Mr Smoken, imho, speaks from experience. i can relate 1000%. lets have a respectful dialogue about the subject matter. Lets start with agencies. search this board for nyc agencies, i can name 3 that have, in my past experience, great selection of rotating ladies, lear, ormch, and nycsmilingeyes, those are just used as an example. there are probably 20 agencies of that level. 400 bucks plus. that level of service and quality of lady you will never see in a typical amp. bianca ladies in the cheap ass hotels do not compare, zero. where do you get more bang. no pun intend, for your money? bianca or one of the mentioned agencies. from experience i know the answer easy. nyc. see Mr Slims reviews, he is the guru of agencies.
